If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a THRIVE program, we're here to help.

Returns

You have thirty (30) calendar days to return a program from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the program must be less than 20% completed. You also will need to show proof of purchase for the program.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
