The words Innovation, Digital and Disruption are everywhere!  Everyone at some level is feeling the acceleration of technology and change.

At Thrive we have been thinking about these shifts for a very long time.

I wrote about it in 2015 in my book RESET: Your Career Starts in Your Mind, with regard to a career strategy.  Fortunately, I met up with the founders of Thrive who had similar visions of what would be needed in the future of work. They were thinking about the technology that would be necessary for the impending changes.   We were thinking together before we started working together!  

We connected around complexity as Thrive is a powerful tool for complex environments.  We developed our thinking further in the summer of 2016 resulting in a concept paper that explores the shifts needed in Leadership, Work Environments and Technology.

Here is an updated version of our paper that provides an understanding around the intersection of  mindset shifts, behaviors and technology when working within complexity. Three years later,  Thrive supports both people and organizations as they look for ways to perform through these disruptive times.

We are already thinking about what will be needed next!
